What do we sell?
Our main volume business is in fillets of white fish and salmon for retail counter trade and catering usage. We supplement that service by dealing in a full range of fresh species from flatfish and pelagics to imported stock like tuna, marlin, swordfish and halibut. We also sell marinated, pickled and prepared seafoods; products like rollmop herring, seafood terrines and salads. In addition we carry a range of approximately 250 items, around 600 tonnes in all, of frozen seafoods which we sell as bulk or mixed pallet orders.
